Our scallop strips are incredibly versatile, perfect for boiling, simmering, stir-frying, or steaming.

They effortlessly elevate any dish,

Boil porridge

Wash the rice clean and

add standard amount of cooking water. 

Remark: Pour 120g of

clean white/fragrant rice* and

1200ml of water into a rice cooker. 

*Recommended to use white/fragrant rice

for optimal flavour 

Don’t stir after adding scallop strips.

Remark: Add 6 tablespoons (100g) of scallop strips. 

Do not stir to avoid affecting

the taste of the scallop porridge.   

Enjoy the porridge as soon as it's done. 

Remark: Give it a few minutes to cook,

and then it's ready to eat.
