烹调方法 Cooking Instruction:
1. 锅中倒入1.5公升的水并煮沸。Bring to boil 1.5 liters of water in a cooking pot.
2. 洗净白米，与干贝粥料包一起倒入锅里，并搅拌均匀。Wash rice and add into boiling water together with the Scallop Porridge, stir to mix well.
3.继续以中小火烹煮25至30分钟（锅盖半开，避免溢出）。Continue cooking for 25 to 30 minutes over low-medium heat, partially covering with a lid to avoid spilling.
4. 偶尔搅拌，避免烧焦。Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
5. 加入少许葱，自胡椒粉和芝麻油在干贝粥里，趁热享用。Serve hot with spring onion, a pinch of white pepper powder, and a few drops of sesame oil.
